Julie Sullivan has been a primary care pediatrician since 2005. She grew up in Owasso and attended Owasso Public Schools through 8th grade. She then went to Bishop Kelley High school and graduated in 1994. She earned her bachelors of science in cell and molecular biology from Oklahoma State University in 1998.
Dr. Sullivan attended University of Oklahoma for medical school, completing her first 2 years in Oklahoma City and her next 2 years in Tulsa. Her pediatrics residency was at Children’s Mercy hospital in Kansas City. After completing her residency, she became a founding member of Priority Care Pediatrics in Kansas City and worked there for 10 years.
In 2015, Julie and her husband decided to move back to the Tulsa area to be closer to family. She worked for Owasso Pediatrics for a year before discovering a wonderful opportunity to purchase South Pointe Pediatrics from Dr. Zomer. Julie is the proud mother of a daughter and son and mothering is what she spends most of her free time doing. She also enjoys reading, traveling and gardening. She loves to cook and entertain guests at her home. She is a lover of chocolate labradors and a hater of ticks, snakes and scorpions.
Stephanie grew up in Sallisaw, Oklahoma After graduating High school she moved to Tulsa and graduated from The University of Tulsa with her BSN. She went to work at St. Francis Hospital in the Neonatal Intensive care Unit and spent 12 years working in the NICU and Pediatric Intensive Care unit. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1999 with her Master’s of Science and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner degree and is nationally certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. Stephanie has been working in Pediatric Health care for 28 years, including the past 18 years as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Stephanie began working at Springer clinic in 1999. She left Springer and joined SouthPointe Pediatrics in 2004. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her children and new granddaughter, reading, crafting, and sports.
Sarah was born and raised in Broken Arrow and graduated from Broken Arrow High School. She began her nursing career in the NICU at St. Francis Children’s Hospital in 2004 and also worked in the NICU at Hillcrest Medical Center. After 14 years at the bedside Sarah wanted to work more closely with her community so she decided to go back to school to become a practitioner. Sarah graduated from Maryville University with her Master of Science in Nursing as a family nurse practitioner in 2018. Sarah has been working in pediatric primary care for the past 4 years and joined South Pointe Pediatrics in August of 2022. Sarah has two sons and a daughter and enjoys all the busy things that come with having teenagers. She also loves to travel with her husband of 18 years when they can.
